Treating Psoriasis?

Despite having Psoriasis for most of my life, more often than not it has never been a huge problem for me.
However, the older I get, the worse it seems the condition is getting. I’ve used topical steroid lotions and moisterisers but with no real long term improvement shown.
Anyone Have any ideas on alternative treatments, cures?

Cut milk and dairy products out of your diet completely ….have you tried using aloe Vera juice straight from the plant? Invest in a decent sized plant….break a piece off and let the juice run onto the sore dry bits…you have to do it several time a day…..depends on how severe it is…you could try making up a mixture of marigold leaves (Old English marigolds not the French variety) Crush the marigold leaves in a mortar and pestle really mash them up…..mix this with some e40 cream…or something to bind it(non perfumed cream)……it is messy…cover with gauze or some such stuff as it will make a mess of your clothes….need to do it twice a day…..make up a decent batch and keep in fridge…will keep for a couple of weeks.
