Nail Psoriasis Treatment

Any suggestion for home remedy treatment for body, scalp and nail psoriasis?

I have used Denorex Shampoo to help with my scalp psoriasis. I use it twice a week instead of my reg. shampoo. I may tingle but it works it seams to be the only thing that works for me. I have used those other shampoos and They don’t wash out of my hair( I have very thick hair). And doesn’t seam to do the job.
I get psoriasis so bad that I get it on my face. It takes care of that also. So just by using it may help your hands also. Not a home remedy but It’s worth a try.
You can find it in any store. It is about $7 a bottle but does last a long time. Hope this helps.
